詳細(xì)說明
1.招標(biāo)貨物名稱、數(shù)量及主要技術(shù)參數(shù)：
重型數(shù)控鏜銑加工中心1臺
主要技術(shù)規(guī)格：
★1）主軸直徑：≥Ф250mm
2）主軸轉(zhuǎn)速范圍：1～1500rpm
★3）主軸錐孔：ISO60（DIN69871）
★4）主軸連續(xù)功率：≥100kW
其它相見技術(shù)規(guī)格
★2.資格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（投標(biāo)方還應(yīng)提供下列資格證明文件）：
1）投標(biāo)人至少在國際上銷售過10臺同種類型設(shè)備，在國內(nèi)銷售過5臺以上同種類型設(shè)備，且運行良好。在投標(biāo)文件中提供國內(nèi)3臺以上同種類型設(shè)備使用廠家；投標(biāo)人及制造商的銷售及生產(chǎn)業(yè)績表，包括銷售的機(jī)床型號、制造年份、用戶名稱、用戶地址及聯(lián)系方式等內(nèi)容。
（注：“同種類型投標(biāo)設(shè)備”指具有與招標(biāo)設(shè)備功能相同、參數(shù)相近的產(chǎn)品）
2）國內(nèi)代理公司（貿(mào)易公司）投國外產(chǎn)品必須提交制造商授權(quán)書原件，否則按廢標(biāo)處理；
3）投標(biāo)人或制造商在中國境內(nèi)有售后服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)，并提供相關(guān)證明文件。
4）制造商要已獲取ISO9000質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證資格，提供相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量管理認(rèn)證證書。
5）投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提交近三個月內(nèi)銀行出具的銀行資信證明。
3.招標(biāo)文件售價：每套售價為4000元人民幣，標(biāo)書售出后不退，郵購國內(nèi)須另加50元人民幣；國際須另加400元人民幣。有興趣的合格投標(biāo)人可在天津國際招標(biāo)有限公司得到進(jìn)一步的信息和查閱招標(biāo)文件。
4.購買招標(biāo)文件時間：即日起每天9:00～17:00（北京時間，節(jié)假日除外）

Tianjin International Tendering Co., Ltd （herein after refer as "TITC"） for and on behalf of Tianjin Tianduan Press Co., Ltd for the purchasing project of Heavy CNC Boring and Milling Machine Center of high-end heavy CNC hydraulic machine project , invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the goods and related services as following:
1.Name of equipment: Heavy CNC Boring and Milling Machine Center
Quantity: 1 set
Key technical specifications:
★1） diameter of main spindle:≥Ф250 mm
2） speed range of main spindle:1～1500rpm
★3） taper hole of spindle：ISO60（DIN69871）
★4） continuous power of main spindle:≥100kW
As for the detailed technical requirements please refer to the technical specifications.
★2.Qualification requirements：（Relevant demonstrating documents shall be provided）
1）The bidder shall have sold 10 sets of equipments abroad and more than 5 sets of equipments in China, which are the same type as the bided one and have the good performance. The bidder shall provide the list of more than 3 domestic users of the same type of equipments. The bidder shall provide the list of sales and producing experience. The list shall include model, year of manufacture, users’ name, users’ address and contact methods, etc.
（the same type of equipments refer to the equipments which have the same functions and similar parameters with the bided one）
2）Domestic Agency （trading company） must offer the original Letter of Authority from Manufacturer in this bidding project. Otherwise, its bid will be rejected.
3）The bidder shall have after-sale service facility in China and provide the related certificate documents.
4） Bidder shall pass ISO9000 qualification certificate and provide copy of the certificate when bidding.
5）The bidder shall offer the certificate of bank credit issued within 3 months before bid opening.
3.Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding doc?uments from TITC.
4.All those who are willing to participate in the bids are kindly requested to contact TITC to obtain bidding document between 9:00 a.m.-17:00p.m. （Holidays excepted） at TITC, upon non-refundable payment of RMB 4000 for each complete set of bidding documents. For mail order, RMB 50 （domestic） or RMB 400 （abroad） should be added for the express mail service.
5.Bids must be delivered to TITC on or before 9:30 am （Beijing time） Feb 25th, 2010.
6.Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend the bid opening ceremony at 9:30 am （Beijing time） Feb 25th, 2010 at Room 603 of TITC.
