主要特點：
1.本機可對薄片零件的周邊進行拋光，一次可裝夾多片。
2.左右兩個拋光頭同時對工件拋光，由伺服電機通過絲桿驅動拋光頭，相對工件做插補運動，拋光壓縮量穩定，拋光效率高。
3.左右拋光頭通過直線導軌同時由絲桿升降機驅動做同步上、下直線運動，使玻璃拋光均勻，不會出現紋路，拋光效果好。
4.配有噴液裝置，拋光液通過砂泵電機，從兩個拋光頭內部噴出，均勻的噴射在工件上。
5.拋光頭采用拋光皮制作，可以達到理想的拋光效果。
6.通過在人機界面編輯好加工程序，再下載至PLC，PLC就會按當前下載的程序運行。
7.采用PLC控制，控制方式靈活可靠。
8.用觸摸屏做為人機界面顯示報警和機床狀態的實時信息；介面友好信息量大。
9.控制元器件均采用24V電源，PLC電源采用隔離變壓器供電，降低外界電網雜波干擾提高了機床的穩定性。
